About This Role
- Strategically own and design the Hub-wide Salesforce DevOps CI/CD pipeline framework, environment topology, branching strategy, and release governance to enable multiple concurrent migration teams.
- Manage multi-track, multi-org deployment pipelines, integrate data migration workflows, ensure secure secrets management, and lead monitoring and observability for all migration waves.
- Mentor DevOps Engineers across teams, set standards for Salesforce release management tooling, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and tooling evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–16 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps engineering, and Salesforce platform delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience managing CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and release governance for large Salesforce programmes.
- 3+ years designing DevOps frameworks for multi-track, multi-org Salesforce delivery with 4+ concurrent release streams.
- Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Administrator; preferred: Salesforce Application Architect, Copado Fundamentals I & II, Gearset Certified, GitHub Actions Certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and governing large-scale Salesforce DevOps frameworks across multiple migration tracks and orgs, ensuring fast, reliable, and auditable release pipelines.
- Proficient with Salesforce DX, Git branching strategy design, Gearset or Copado release management platforms, and integrating automated test frameworks and static code analysis into pipelines.
- Demonstrated capability mentoring DevOps engineers, leading platform development for internal tooling, and integrating data migration pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
