About This Role
- Lead full stack application feature development and maintenance using Java, PHP, Jmix, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs with a split focus on coding and quality assurance activities.
- Own and execute the test strategy including building and maintaining test automation frameworks, performance testing, defect triage, and quality reporting.
- Manage and mentor a small team of QA engineers while integrating AI tools to enhance testing and development efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience with full stack development expertise.
- Proficiency in Java (with Spring Boot or similar), Jmix framework, PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar), JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Experience in SDET or test automation engineering with proven leadership of QA teams and strong skills in automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Balanced hands-on developer and QA leader comfortable switching between coding and test leadership roles.
- Experienced in applying AI tools practically for code generation, testing, and evaluation within responsible usage frameworks.
- Proven ability to design scalable technical solutions and enforce code quality with mentoring capabilities in complex Agile environments.
