About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Online Charging Systems and related telecom infrastructure, focusing on system stability and issue resolution.
- Perform incident management including handling hot/critical issues and conducting KPI and traffic analysis.
- Manage configuration of business/tariff products and ensure accurate deployment in a high-availability environment with participation in 24/7 shift rotations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Linux/UNIX systems, Kubernetes, telecom protocols, and support environments.
- Strong expertise in Linux/UNIX systems, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, and familiarity with HTTP2/REST APIs, Diameter, SS7 protocols.
- Experience with Couchbase, Elasticsearch, and Kafka is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotations including weekends and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer support environments within telecom or network services handling complex technical issues at L2/L3 levels.
- Comfortable working in high-availability systems with incident, problem, and configuration management processes.
- Technical proficiency in containerized cloud environments and telecom protocols indicating ability to manage complex telecom infrastructure support.
