About This Role
- Lead functional and performance testing for IMS-based telecom and AI-powered communication products, ensuring end-to-end call flow validation and interoperability.
- Develop and implement automation frameworks and test scripts for APIs, SIP call flows, and media scenarios in cloud-native Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot signaling and media issues using protocol and media validation tools to identify defects and support deployment lifecycle scenarios.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in testing IMS-based telecom products and AI communication applications.
- Mandatory technical skills: IMS Architecture, SIP, RTP/SRTP, Diameter, Python automation, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, API automation frameworks (PyTest/Robot Framework).
- Must have experience with IMS Network Elements such as SBC, TAS/Application Server, MRF, IMS Core Components and cloud-native deployments on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Preferred location: Candidates currently working in Bangalore with immediate join availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced testing professional with a strong background in telecom IMS protocols and next-gen AI-powered voice communication products.
- Proficient in automation scripting using Python and comfortable operating in Kubernetes/OpenShift cloud-native infrastructure.
- Capable of independently analyzing telecom signaling, media flows, and system logs using specialized tools to diagnose complex issues and ensure product quality.
