About This Role
- Own development and enhancement of intelligent agents and orchestration systems, including extending LangGraph orchestrators with advanced state management and routing capabilities.
- Design, evolve, and scale APIs, tools, and MCP layers that enable agents and partners to access 6sense data and execute actions under strict security and tenancy controls.
- Lead multi-month projects integrating internal contextual intelligence with agent execution, maintain platform reliability, security, and support customer issue resolution and enablement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of production software development experience with strong distributed systems fundamentals.
- 2+ years of experience building production Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems with customer usage.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable APIs and tools for LLM callers with expertise in schemas, error handling, and tool-selection mechanisms.
- Familiar with multi-tenant, security-sensitive cloud systems (preferably AWS) and maintaining authorization and data-leakage prevention.
- Proven track record of independently owning complex, cross-team projects and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
