About This Role
- Develop and deliver moderately complex software features for back-end or front-end domains within a global online gaming platform.
- Debug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments; act as initial on-call responder.
- Manage team meetings and RFC processes, mentor junior engineers, participate in hiring, and contribute to team prioritization and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with distributed architectures.
- Expertise in Java programming, object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and SQL.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular) and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle, API integration, automation, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and secure coding practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within Agile development environments and distributed architecture systems.
- Able to manage both technical delivery and team coordination including mentoring, hiring, and process facilitation.
- Strong technical depth in both back-end and front-end technologies with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
