About This Role
- Set and drive a multi-year experience vision for the platform covering admin console, end-user experience, and AI-assisted workflows in partnership with Product owners.
- Own core workflows ensuring consistency, intuitiveness, reliability, and security, especially around permissions and trust-critical features.
- Build and lead a high-quality design team, implement research and measurement practices, measure user satisfaction, and embed AI-enabled design practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in product design with at least 4 years leading design managers and multi-disciplinary teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record improving product experience with measurable results such as adoption, task success, or NPS.
- Experience designing complex, technical, or security-critical products; identity, security, device management, IT or developer tools experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools and advanced Figma skills including design systems at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic leader capable of partnering equally with Product and Engineering leadership and driving measurable impact on user experience.
- Experienced in AI-powered or agent-driven product design with a strong point of view on future directions of these technologies.
- Skilled at building and scaling distributed design teams across time zones with strong design standards and cross-functional collaboration.
