About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions ensuring alignment, integration, security, and compliance across teams.
- Drive innovation and efficiency through AI/ML tools, create PoCs, mentor engineers, and operate within Agile and CI/CD cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of software development experience, specifically in Java.
- Strong skills in Object-Oriented design, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development is desirable.
