About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering Operations, Compliance or Governance.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional software or digital transformation programs.
- Onsite work requirement at HPE office explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in integrating AI governance across the full AI/ML lifecycle with focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in cross-functional program leadership with ability to align engineering, legal, and executive stakeholders.
