About This Role
- Contribute to design, development, testing, and implementation of new or revised application systems primarily using Java and ReactJS.
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities, recommend solutions, and provide technical coaching to junior analysts.
- Take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects while ensuring compliance with regulations and firm policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years relevant experience in Financial Services industry in Applications Development role.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Java development with knowledge of enterprise architecture, web services, and object-oriented design.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with dependency management, change management, continuous integration, and audit/compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intermediate to senior-level developer comfortable making independent technical decisions and leading components of projects.
- Experienced in financial services technology environment with knowledge of security, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Capable of advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members, demonstrating leadership and clear communication skills.
