About This Role
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, coordinating with the Technology team.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost/time estimates, systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and user support of applications.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) advising senior stakeholders and coaching junior analysts, ensuring compliance and risk management in system design and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in applications development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle development, performance tuning, PL/SQL, and TSQL.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in systems analysis, programming software applications, and managing/implementing successful projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting and project management methodologies applicable to technology projects.
- Capable of working independently with autonomy and sound judgement in risk and compliance matters.
- Demonstrates ability to advise senior stakeholders as a SME and coach lower level analysts in application development.
