About This Role
- Develop and enhance application systems primarily through Spring Boot microservice development.
- Analyze and define system enhancements, identify vulnerabilities, and perform testing and debugging.
- Serve as advisor or coach to junior analysts; manage technical solutions with limited supervision and act as SME to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development with hands-on Spring Boot microservice development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages and application development procedures; basic understanding of DevOps process is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced Applications Developer comfortable operating with limited supervision and exercising independent judgment.
- Capable of advising or coaching junior team members and interfacing with senior stakeholders as subject matter expert.
