About This Role
- Lead and develop a Freight Brokerage team to meet business and service goals, driving performance and capability building.
- Oversee end-to-end shipment execution, carrier coordination, and operational compliance to ensure timely and quality service.
- Manage key operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, drive continuous improvements, and handle complex escalations with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience with proven Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager roles.
- Experience in Freight Brokerage, Transportation Operations, Trucking, Dispatch, Logistics, or related fields.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience managing operational KPIs and service-level targets.
