About This Role
- Manage and provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Unified Communications including MS Teams Meeting Rooms (MTRs) and Direct Routing using SBCs/vSBCs like AudioCodes and Ribbon.
- Lead or contribute to large-scale global Microsoft Teams deployments involving networking and VoIP technologies integration.
- Utilize expertise in Teams Admin Center and networking protocols (SIP, QoS, VLANs, TCP/IP) to optimize UC environments and troubleshoot complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years working experience with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, and MTRs.
- 2 years of Microsoft and Networking technical experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Certifications relevant to Microsoft Teams and networking technologies.
