About This Role
- Serve as primary People Operations contact for APAC employees and managers, handling queries, policies, and processes.
- Manage and improve key People processes including onboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll readiness, and offboarding in compliance with local law and global standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, automated HR solutions and support regional/global People projects with data-driven insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant People Operations experience in APAC with strong knowledge of labour law and People practices.
- Experience in SaaS/technology or global matrixed, fast-paced organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday business-process execution and data maintenance; experience with ServiceNow or similar systems.
- Hybrid work requirement; minimum three days per week at Bengaluru office; must manage collaboration across multiple time zones including evenings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex People operations in multinational and multicultural environments, particularly APAC.
- Strong capability to independently manage confidential employee relations and compliance issues with good judgment.
- Comfortable driving process improvements using automation, AI tools, and data analytics to enhance HR service delivery.
