About This Role
- Define, implement, and optimize Workday Compensation systems and related platforms to align with business needs and HR processes.
- Own system governance including managing bi-annual Workday releases, ensuring compliance with security, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvements in compensation processes and system performance, including troubleshooting and collaborating with vendors for enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, and Benefits Management modules.
- Current or prior certification in Workday (Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits Management).
- Experience managing change and release activities, including Workday bi-annual updates.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant Workday Compensation roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Workday Compensation modules with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with global implementations and localization strategies for HR systems.
- Proven track record working cross-functionally, including with Rewards CoE and third-party vendors, to deliver compliant and high-impact compensation technology solutions.
