About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and management reports for APAC stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, investigate variances, and drive resolution with internal and external partners to support business decisions.
- Support reporting automation, data quality improvements, upgrades to reporting tools and ERP systems, and maintain documentation and controls for audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance roles.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP along with strong Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regional reporting across multiple countries or currencies with familiarity in internal control frameworks and audit support.
- Hands-on knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, and experience in reporting automation or ERP reporting migrations.
- Proven ability to coordinate with shared services and manage external delivery partners, with exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting, or commercial finance processes.
