About This Role
- Lead and support a software engineering team by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring for professional growth.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar leadership or mentoring role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Strong programming, debugging, organizational, and time management skills.
