About This Role
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle events of syndicated loan deals including trade support, documentation, settlements, cash reconciliation, drawdown, repricing, and payments.
- Oversee Middle Office and Back Office functions ensuring accurate client static setup, trade booking, trade settlement, and loan servicing using Loan IQ and Clearpar (Markit) systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Credit, Technology, and business lines to resolve operational issues and support trading desk, agents, and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Finance.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in syndicated loans or trade lending operations.
- Strong knowledge of syndicated loan market, secondary loan trading, and LMA (Loan Market Association) market conventions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Loan IQ and Clearpar (Markit) are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex, and deadline-driven syndicated loan operations environment involving Middle and Back Office functions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on tasks and projects related to syndicated loans lifecycle and trade operations.
- Demonstrated analytical, logical reasoning skills and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and solve business problems responsibly and ethically.
