About This Role
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle events for syndicated loan deals including trade support, documentation, settlements, cash reconciliation, drawdown, repricing, and payments.
- Oversee Middle Office and Back Office trade functions ensuring accurate client and loan setup in Loan IQ, trade booking, and resolution of discrepancies and post-settlement issues.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Finance, Credit, Technology, and external stakeholders such as agents and clients across multiple business lines like DPG, CRE, GCT, CSG, and STEF.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation in Finance.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of LMA Market and syndicated loan market including secondary loan trading.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills; experience with Loan IQ system and trade settlement platforms (e.g., Clearpar) preferred.

- Experienced in managing syndicated loan trade lifecycle with understanding of middle and back office operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple banking divisions and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including trading desks, credit, and technology teams.
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capability to autonomously implement tasks and use AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows.
