About This Role
- Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems in clients' IT infrastructure as a Level 2 Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer.
- Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within SLAs, update tickets, and ensure quality through auditing and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with teams for second-level support, assist in change management, client escalations, automation efforts, disaster recovery functions, and contribute to projects under approved changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-technology managed services with ability to plan and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Able to communicate effectively across cultures and social groups, maintaining client focus and professionalism during escalations.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and capable of handling pressure and extended hours when necessary.
