About This Role
- Act as primary liaison and single point of contact between Learning Operations and internal business partners to understand, translate, and deliver learning needs and projects.
- Manage end-to-end learning operations including Learning Management System implementation (Cornerstone), issue resolution, financial oversight (budgeting, cost tracking, purchase order processing), and performance reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Agile frameworks and support integration of new technologies and vendor management to enhance learning service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years overall work experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in the learning domain, with strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and enterprise learning technologies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial tools, systems, budgeting, accounting concepts, and reporting.
- Degree or equivalent desirable; Knowledge of financial processes and reporting mandatory.

- Experienced in managing learning operations with strong stakeholder management and customer service focus, including governance and reporting cadence.
- Skilled in problem-solving with analytical thinking and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment operating in US night shift hours.
- Proficient in Agile project delivery and continuous improvement with ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and influence senior partners on learning strategy and operations.
