About This Role
- Design, develop, train, and deploy production-grade computer vision solutions focused on fintech use cases such as detection, segmentation, OCR, document AI, and visual retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tech, Product) to align priorities, execute initiatives, and present actionable insights to business partners.
- Monitor and optimize model performance metrics including accuracy, latency, throughput, drift, GPU utilization, and cost; implement continuous improvements and innovate ML methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or related analytics field.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 3 years analytics experience; alternatively Master's with 1 year or 5 years experience in analytics.
- Strong expertise in computer vision, deep learning models (CNNs, Vision Transformers, attention mechanisms), and production ML practices including GPU inference optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and deploying models via APIs, batch pipelines, or cloud platforms.
