About This Role
- Independently perform high-quality lease abstraction and administration services including extracting key lease details and inputting them into lease database systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate lease document handling, including document matching, data verification, and responding to abstraction queries.
- Review landlord invoices for lease compliance, prepare variance reports, and contribute to maintaining adherence to internal and external compliance policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or University Graduate required.
- 1-2 years of experience in lease abstraction, specifically with office and retail commercial leases.
- Experience using property management or lease administration systems for global clients.
- Location requirement: On-site at Gurugram, Haryana.

- Experienced in commercial real estate lease abstractions with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail under tight operational deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also supporting and mentoring team members as they gain expertise.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and a methodical approach to data management.
