About This Role
- Develop AI agents that autonomously detect, diagnose, and remediate operational issues across distributed infrastructure to reduce human toil.
- Design and maintain intelligent, event-driven automation pipelines integrated with monitoring and telemetry systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) for anomaly detection and incident response.
- Support operational platform metrics (Availability, Latency, Throughput) with focus on automating routine tasks and improving AI agent performance through feedback loops.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in software engineering with systems and infrastructure exposure.
- 5+ years programming experience in Python, Go, Java, or C++; Python strongly preferred for AI/ML development.
- Working knowledge of Linux engineering and administration; familiarity with Kubernetes and modern monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI agents or LLM-powered automation involving prompt engineering and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-driven automation into SRE or platform engineering environments to reduce operational toil.
- Comfortable collaborating within a globally distributed team to contribute to autonomous operations tooling at scale.
