About This Role
- Design and develop scalable software solutions using distributed architecture and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business and client needs in FinTech domains (Front Office, OMES, PMS, Asset Management).
- Implement real-time and asynchronous event-driven systems ensuring operational excellence and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience, ideally within the FinTech sector.
- Strong coding and design skills, proficient in Java.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed architectures; experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, or MQ.

- Experienced engineer comfortable delivering large-scale, cloud-native distributed systems within financial technology.
