About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of senior Cloud Solution Architects focused on Data, AI, Agents, Application Modernization, and Infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable, AI-ready cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, resolve blockers, ensure production-scale readiness, and drive measurable business outcomes for global enterprise customers.
- Align team efforts with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI strategies by tracking performance metrics, fostering technical excellence, driving innovation, and promoting continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience with Cloud and AI technologies, including Microsoft Azure and related architecture and consulting roles.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, or technical architect managers.
- Experience working with or managing teams for Global customers is highly desired but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing and inspiring senior technical cloud architects with deep knowledge of Data, AI, and Infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Skilled in end-to-end technical delivery and driving large-scale cloud transformation projects in complex global enterprise environments.
- Strategically aligned to Microsoft's Cloud and AI vision, adept at fostering innovation, operational excellence, and customer success through architectural leadership.
