About This Role
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules covering Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management.
- Customize SAP HCM processes and support data migration, integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct workshops and training for users, provide documentation, ensure compliance with HR policies, and coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or related roles.
- Educational qualifications: MBA, Bachelor of Engineering, MCA, MTECH, or CA.
- Mandatory skill: SAP HCM expertise.
- SAP HCM Certification and experience with localized SAP HCM Payroll preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working across multiple SAP HCM modules with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end implementation and support.
- Strong client-facing and training delivery skills to conduct workshops and provide documentation effectively.
- Comfortable working in advisory/consulting environment supporting multiple clients with SAP system upgrades and compliance requirements.
