About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of BI developers, analysts, and data architects to perform complex business analysis and build analytics for service strategy.
- Oversee delivery of reports, advanced analytics, and automated dashboards tracking fleet performance, parts and maintenance planning, and senior leadership reporting.
- Drive best practices in dashboard design, data modeling, quality assurance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning and QBRs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years experience in Business Intelligence, operational analytics, or data analytics.
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring analysts.
- Strong technical skills including SQL, Python, data warehousing technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, SQL, NoSQL), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Amazon QuickSight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer/Data Science or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing BI teams focused on operational and strategic analytics within service or industrial equipment sectors (energy sector experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with capability to design and automate self-service reporting and work on complex scenario and performance modeling problems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights for senior leadership and support continuous process improvement.
