About This Role
- Collect and analyze business requirements from clients and vendors for NAS HCM products including Enterprise, Vantage ADPR, Vantage UVI, SDG, MR, and Autopay.
- Perform impact and gap analysis, create contingency plans, and propose alternative solutions; manage configurations and setups such as SFTP/MFT for these applications.
- Conduct testing activities including writing SQL queries, manual testing, unit testing, UAT, creating test cases and test matrix; coordinate meetings for requirement and document walkthroughs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong HCM (HR, Payroll) domain knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, BCA, BCS, B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent with technical certification.
- Proficiency in SQL, API, JSON, Manual Testing, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and strong communication skills.
- Experience using BA tools and techniques, understanding of SDLC & STLC, and knowledge of MS Excel functions (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in liaising between client, vendor, and technical teams in HCM software projects, specifically NAS products.
- Proficient in technical validation and troubleshooting with strong analytical skills and ability to quickly triage and resolve issues.
- Capable of managing project plans, test strategies, and effectively communicating complex domain concepts to development teams.
