About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of generative AI (Gen AI) solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimization.
- Architect solutions using large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI models, and custom pipelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to establishing a Gen AI Center of Excellence focusing on ethical AI and data privacy.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and implementing generative AI solutions in production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude), NLP, computer vision, generative modeling, and experience with SQL and agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver scalable Gen AI solutions fully from architecture through deployment in production environments.
- Experience working closely with architecture and development teams to align technical solutions with business use cases, preferably in healthcare or related domains.
- Capable of driving AI ethics, data privacy compliance and building centers of excellence for Gen AI within the organization.
