About This Role
- Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within software engineering projects.
- Design, develop, test, and document Java-based full stack applications including UI (Angular/React) and backend services using Spring Framework and RESTful APIs.
- Act as a technical escalation point, provide guidance to junior engineers, and collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve challenges and meet client needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent via work, training, military service, or education.
- Experience with Java full stack development including UI frameworks (Angular or React) and backend technologies (Spring Boot, RESTful services).
- Proficiency with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and DevOps practices, preferably with cloud platforms like PCF or OpenShift.
- Strong object-oriented design skills and knowledge of Java design patterns and testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG, Selenium).
- Ability to independently develop complex modules, provide technical leadership, and innovate solutions to improve system resiliency.
