About This Role
- Manage multiple IT Quality teams or functional areas, owning volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of IT Quality results.
- Lead initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software quality assurance, overseeing testing strategies and product rollouts.
- Responsible for budgeting, resource planning, performance management, and process improvements across IT Quality activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Testing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and testing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in IT Testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing large teams and multiple streams of development within IT Quality.
- Proficient in collaborating with diverse technical stakeholders (QA, production support, DBA, environment management).
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, and driving continuous process improvements in complex IT quality environments.
