About This Role
- Lead analysis and redesign of logistics and supply chain processes to improve delivery of components to production plants.
- Facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) workshops, diagnose process inefficiencies, and implement Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and engage senior stakeholders to support operational improvements and process transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics/supply chain transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in Lean management, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven skills in value stream mapping, process mapping, root cause analysis, and target process design.
- Fluent English proficiency; immediate availability preferred; work experience required explicitly as 5+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating senior leadership workshops for process transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG production environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks and able to design and implement operational transformation roadmaps.
