About This Role
- Own the review and abstraction of commercial and residential lease agreements, ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with client-specific requirements.
- Support project management activities and maintain documentation, reports, and quality assurance processes to uphold standards and deadlines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior analysts to enhance team performance and process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in lease abstraction, real estate administration, or legal documentation review involving commercial and residential leases.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with lease abstraction platforms, document management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Location: Apex India offices are in Pune or Hyderabad with smart working and partial remote work options.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex and multi-jurisdictional lease portfolios with a strong ability to interpret legal and financial lease terms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in training and mentoring junior team members within BPM or client-focused service delivery environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and quality assurance mindset capable of managing multiple deadlines without compromising data accuracy.
