About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact software features with hands-on coding across frontend and backend.
- Lead architectural evolution and modernization of enterprise platform towards scalable, API-driven, event-driven, and AI-enabled systems.
- Drive AI adoption in engineering workflows and platform capabilities, along with mentoring senior engineers and influencing standards across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on development and architecture responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS/Angular, C#/.NET (ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs), SQL Server, Entity Framework, and backend asynchronous processing (Windows Services, WebJobs).
- Demonstrated ability in delivering complex enterprise software features and modernizing legacy systems into modular, scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled development practices (e.g., Copilot, LLM integrations) and strong system debugging and optimization skills.
