About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven software initiatives involving LLMs, agentic AI architectures, and AI-enabled automation.
- Own and modernize scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems, ensuring production-quality code and system improvements.
- Define and implement AI-assisted development practices, mentor engineers, and guide cross-team technical strategy and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core, modern .NET), and experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI-driven and agentic AI systems in production or production-like environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver large-scale AI-enabled software projects with cross-functional coordination.
- Hands-on technical leader familiar with modern cloud-native architectures, AI workflow orchestration (e.g., MCP patterns), and integration with business workflows.
- Experienced mentor who elevates engineering standards through code review, design discussions, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
