About This Role
- Administer and ensure reliable, secure operation of Cloudera Data Platform, Apache NiFi, and Apache Airflow services across production and non-production environments.
- Lead design, architecture evolution, upgrades, disaster recovery, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and incident management for the enterprise data platform.
- Develop automation tools and manage platform lifecycle, security compliance, documentation, and observability for high availability and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of senior/expert level experience in enterprise data platform operations with hands-on administration of Cloudera Data Platform, Apache NiFi, and Apache Airflow.
- Strong Linux administration skills including system configuration, troubleshooting, network, storage, and security management.
- Expertise in security protocols like Kerberos, TLS, LDAP/Active Directory integration, and role-based access control.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant senior data platform administration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large distributed data platforms with deep knowledge of data ingestion, batch/stream, workflow orchestration, and platform security.
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis, incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering and analytics.
- Strong operating style focused on platform resilience, automation, observability, compliance, and continuous improvement in mission-critical environments.
