About This Role
- Lead and own end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven software projects including architecture, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Design and build scalable AI systems incorporating LLMs, agentic AI, MCP-style orchestration, and integration with business workflows and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, set architectural standards, drive modernization of legacy systems, and enhance team productivity using AI-assisted development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with proven ability to deliver large, complex systems independently.
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (including ASP.NET Core), hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (SQL Server).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), and agile SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
