About This Role
- Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven software projects using LLMs, agentic AI systems, and microservices architectures.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience with proven ownership of large, complex systems.
- Expert proficiency in C# and .NET (including ASP.NET Core), with strong experience in RESTful API design and microservices.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI-driven systems involving LLMs, agentic AI patterns, AI workflow orchestration, and integration with data sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead technical projects from concept through production and continuous improvement with broad autonomy.
- Experienced in architecting AI-enabled systems balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, and security/compliance considerations.
