About This Role
- Manage and administer Tableau Cloud including sites, projects, users, permissions, and content with a focus on security, access control, and operational stability.
- Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and integrate Tableau Cloud with Snowflake, focusing on performance, automation via APIs, and trusted analytics delivery.
- Configure and lead deployment of Tableau Pulse and AI-enabled analytics, ensuring secure integration, approval workflows, and adoption across business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years overall IT experience with at least 5 years hands-on Tableau experience in administration, development, and support.
- Experience administering Tableau Cloud in an enterprise environment and integrating Tableau with Snowflake, including SQL and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Python, REST APIs, and automation scripting; practical experience with Tableau Pulse and agentic AI or AI-enabled automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise cloud BI platform administration and data engineering, able to manage complex multi-team collaboration involving security and governance.
- Strong technical expertise in Tableau Cloud, Snowflake data platform integration, performance optimization, and automation using APIs and scripting.
- Proven capability in implementing AI-enabled analytics solutions with secure, auditable workflows and driving adoption of governed self-service analytics.
