About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow’s Public Sector entry in India, focused on AI-led systems aligned with government digitisation and India AI Mission objectives.
- Own technical RFP and tender responses, including architecture compliance, sizing, and clarifications under government constraints such as data residency and security regulations.
- Develop and manage proofs of concept, collaborate with sales, partners, and AI experts; produce reusable public sector assets like reference architectures and RFP libraries.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years exclusive public sector pre-sales experience with government, PSU, or system integrator/OEM on government programs.
- Experience with AI fundamentals (LLMs, agents, RAG, data readiness, responsible AI/governance) and ability to reach expert level within 12-18 months.
- Demonstrated success in handling tenders and RFPs with compliance knowledge; depth in enterprise workflow or ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), integration, API, data, and automation architecture.
- Based in or willing to relocate to NCR (New Delhi) with ability to travel regularly to government offices.

- Strong operating style as a trusted advisor combining technical expertise with bid strategy for complex, price-sensitive public sector deals involving long sales cycles.
- Proven ability to translate government program goals into actionable AI-driven solution blueprints and quick proof of concepts within government security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across multi-stakeholder environments including CIOs, senior officials, system integrators, sales teams, and legal for strategic deal execution in the Indian public sector.
