About This Role
- Lead applied research and product data science for Agentic AI platform, focusing on domain-specific model evaluation, fine-tuning, and operationalization.
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, taxonomies, metrics, and anomaly detection methods for LLMs and domain models.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions including knowledge graphs and inference engines in production.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least 3 years in applied machine learning or NLP in production environments.
- Strong expertise with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and Python ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, DGL), knowledge graphs, vector stores, cloud AI/ML (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and MLOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently driving end-to-end AI/ML model development life cycle within business units using agentic AI workflows.
- Technically adept at operating in cross-functional environments bridging advanced research, engineering, and product deployment.
- Has demonstrated success in production-scale AI deployments with expertise in LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and knowledge graph integration.
