About This Role
- Own and direct the global Accounts Payable function with enterprise-wide responsibility for strategy, governance, service delivery, controls, and performance.
- Define and implement the global AP strategy and operating model aligned with Finance and Source-to-Pay priorities, including oversight of multi-year roadmap and metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional transformation initiatives involving AP, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Technology, and others to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, shared services, finance operations, or related Source-to-Pay functions.
- Over 5 years of experience managing or directing global or regional AP teams with responsibility for managers or distributed teams.
- Proven experience with enterprise-wide AP strategy, governance, operating models, and performance in a global shared-service or matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay workflows, operational controls, regulatory compliance, risk oversight, and experience with ERP and finance technology automation.

- Skilled in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Technology, and business units.
- Strategic and analytical thinker able to translate operational metrics into enterprise priorities and decisions within a global, matrixed corporate structure.
