About This Role
- Lead and scale the Fund Integration Team (FIT) across Indian locations, ensuring consistent delivery, strong processes, and controls aligned with the Group operating model.
- Drive team consolidation to three primary Indian locations, manage FIT hiring and capacity planning in collaboration with global FIT heads and Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee operational reporting including KPI metrics, implement process improvements with automation/AI initiatives, and maintain audit-ready documentation and governance artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial services fund industry focused on fund setups and implementation.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
- Management experience leading large multi-jurisdictional teams and proven ability to source talent in India.
- Experience with fund accounting and transfer agency technology solutions, process design, improvement, and change management.

- Experienced leader capable of managing and growing multi-location fund operations teams in India within a large global financial services firm.
- Strong operational focus balancing process rigor, technology adoption (automation/AI), and regulatory compliance.
