About This Role
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide risk management and resiliency frameworks to ensure operational continuity and organizational preparedness.
- Lead risk assessments, crisis management, and integration of risk practices with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a risk-aware culture and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness among employees.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or related field.
- Proficiency with risk management frameworks, methodologies, and software tools.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
