About This Role
- Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of large-scale corporate events (100–1000+ pax) including Townhalls, cultural festivals, and employee engagement programs.
- Own end-to-end event delivery including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting.
- Oversee all technical production aspects (AV, lighting, stage design, hybrid event technology) and troubleshoot issues during live events.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in event management, production agency, or experiential marketing firm; candidates with only in-house coordinator experience may not be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV, production, lighting, stage design, and hybrid event setups with ability to brief vendors and independently troubleshoot.
- Established and active vendor database across key categories such as AV, décor, catering, entertainment, print, and gifting.
- On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success independently managing large-scale corporate events and employee engagement/festival celebrations.
- Experienced in stakeholder management with strong communication skills to interact with senior leaders and business units.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-event environment with tight deadlines.
