About This Role
- Translate telecom BSS business needs into detailed solution designs focused on Product Catalog and CPQ programs.
- Lead requirement workshops to create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs including product models, CPQ flows, and integration specs with adjacent BSS/OSS systems.
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate drafting, story refinement, test scenario generation, and support UAT to ensure delivery aligns with design.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years total experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Telecom BSS domain focusing on Product Catalog and CPQ.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs TMF620, TMF648).
- Experience writing API-driven, microservices-oriented functional specifications and hands-on use of GenAI tools for analysis and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Telecom BSS transformation projects, especially in Product Catalog and CPQ design with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working with agile/SAFe methodology and cloud-native architectures involving Java microservices and ReactJS frontends.
- Skilled at bridging business, architecture, and delivery teams to maintain solution-fit throughout the SDLC using innovative GenAI-assisted workflows.
