About This Role
- Support and manage cost accounting activities across Flex sites ensuring compliance with Flex policies and SOX scope.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, and contribute to site operating profit through detailed financial analysis and collaboration.
- Standardize accounting best practices, provide training and mentorship to new joiners, and build customer confidence through effective collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field (B.com/BBA/MBA/B.com CA/M.com/MBA).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ability to interpret accounting policies, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
