About This Role
- Develop and manage project plans, product roadmaps, and business cases for the Alternatives Fund Services line.
- Use AI technologies and Atlassian tools (Jira with Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence) to improve program and project management processes and reporting.
- Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders, scrum teams, and cross-functional groups to track progress and resolve cross-project dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years financial industry experience in Product, Project, or Program Management roles.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Advanced Roadmaps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI process solutions.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant financial/project management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholder levels including senior management.
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving decision-making with strong executive communication skills.
- Technical fluency including AI literacy and ability to create visual models like Gantt charts, data flow diagrams, and wireframes.
